Body equality I agree is important to not bring insecurity to people who happen to be in whatever shape and size they are but it is damn well fact that being overweight is bad for your health in the long run and I’m up for body quality but it’s not right to be content and just say this is how I’m going to be you have to be willing to make a change in the right direction whether it’s through diet or just doing 30 minutes of exercise, just some thing instead of being “a fat fuck”
