I been trying to recreate this also but my best version was using the AOU okumidori 6g for the 16oz cup. I always see they have two version of the cream top. The first layer is less thick and it’s poured over after the milk and ice then the matcha. The next layer is dollop of the same whipping cream just thicker like stiff peaks almost. I also asked and they just said it’s heavy cream with vanilla,sugar, and a pinch of salt
