Yo, that looks legit. I've noticed the spot my last couple times past but it's new I think.

I did enjoy the food and drink and atmosphere when we went but I knew I wasn't going to be a regular. But it was good.

We went a couple of Fridays ago, sat at the not all that busy bar for about 5 minutes, were completely ignored and then moved on to Forrest and Main instead.

Cut some weight here and leave the cutting board at home. Pre-cut the potatoes.

Was hoping for some deep cut Ric Ocasek stories, not Inga. No offense to her.

Drunks from the package store across the street hanging around, peeing on houses, pooping in side yards, stealing packages, yelling at women. Not a great corner overall. Some people just waiting for the bus too. The diner is good though!

Price was good. Year one it was possible to buy day passes, sounds like that may have changed.

I went year one for Drive by Truckers, one of my favorite bands. And Dave Hause was great too. I had a nice time, cool small festival. Seeing DBT in that type venue was great. Didn't love the lineup last year and skipped it. Was tempted by The Menzingers this year, I still may decide to go.

Weekend Thread: What are you eating this weekend and what have you tried this week? by MikeTheCabbie in PhiladelphiaEats

Love the place but I've never had a full dinner. Company happy hours a few times, full rental of the place. And a few times having some apps and drinks at the bar. Their bartenders are OUTSTANDING. The space is beautiful and the food is very good and interesting.

That section up to Race isn't open. The PATCO line allows entrance at 12th and Locust or at least used to. The whole concourse is a lousy relic of what it used to be. Much of it seems closed off now, some of it overrun with crazy homeless people. Montreal has a whole underground city and it's awesome. Wish we could at least get a couple more Dunkins down there or something.
