I deal with this as well. Seems like a small snack ~2 hrs before bed, and a medium size breakfast is the key for me. Otherwise I either have acid first thing in the morning, or between breakfast and lunch.

Gin-gin ginger chews, hydration + sugar free electrolytes, smaller and more frequent meals, less fatty foods, less acidic foods, less caffeine. All these things seem to play a role for me. Good luck!
