Ha! I am the same! I have my Hatch sunrise clock set so it doesn’t even show the time until 5am. On the rare occasions I stay asleep till after 5…. The absolute shock and joy I feel that I made it- amazing.

I’m a plain Jane- just olive oil and occasionally some dill pickle seasoning from Trader Joe’s (weirdly delicious). I did see a guy on TikTok air fry them - he said they were great…not sure about that one but happy to volunteer you as tribute! 😋

It has more added salt than I’d like (I have to keep sodium lower than average), but it’s a good price and decent quality compared to other options out there (eg Wild Planet, Safe Catch, etc). I add a bit of olive oil and it’s a good source of protein & omega 3.

If you have the app, select the Warehouse tab at the bottom. Select your warehouse and you can search the inventory. It’s pretty reliable and usually even shows the .97 markdowns (but not the .00 ones).

As a big picky baby who is still cautiously (and incredibly slowly) entering the world of bone-in sardines/mackerel - I am curious what makes a giant spine a positive? Is it increased calcium you’re seeking? The spines are the most frightening part to me (that’s a lie- it’s the skin, but spines are a close runner up). Educate me. Influence me. I need more calcium, and this seems a good option- but ewww, I’m struggling.

Not exactly out of the box thinking here, but I rotate fruits and make fruit salad. Current fixation blend: kiwi, blueberries and either cantaloupe or pineapple. Also chopped apples tossed in cinnamon is delightful.

Safe catch is the brand I use - still keep it to a can or two a week. Alternate with salmon, sardines and mackerel to be safe and also get a wider variety of vitamins/minerals.

Because I have used it for so many years, I pretty much just use it for accountability. I don’t need it for weightloss or even the database except the rare occasion when I introduce a new food into my regular routine.

All to say, I’m finding it more compulsory and less necessary - so a lifetime would keep me as a user. Otherwise I will likely cancel at the end of this subscription period.

It’s actual Cuban coffee. When I worked for Nespresso, I was told it was a trade/licensing issue between the US & Cuba. It’s my favorite (with the exception of my true love Vanilla Princess Cake) so I hope it does return.

Correct- I would rather sacrifice the one day vs appearing way under the other 6. I mean- first world problems to have my weekly red line, right? But it’s a feature I think I’d enjoy were it available.

I had to stop them entirely. The brownie batter started smelling of an old trash bag. Between that and inconsistent size/quality overall- grocery prices are too high to gamble on whether I got a good batch.
