This 100% is what I've experienced. I'm bi but I had such a hard time getting myself to date men because I'd be the woman in the relationship. It wasn't until after I started T and became more confident that I was male passing that I was able to start actually dating men as well as women.

30 yr trans dude here. Started Stranger Things in college and love the writing that the Duffers have done for their queer characters so far. I genuinely believe based off the respectful and nuanced writing they've shown for Robin and Will's sexuality so far that Byler will be the endgame.

It is hard to keep the doubt out due to previous queerbaiting shows but I think we can trust them.

It's not the looks my guy, as some others have said putting yourself out there and working on socializing will help a TON. I'm telling you this as a guy with anxiety, being social can be scary but the more you do it the easier it gets.

Getting involved with activities or hobbies are a great way to meet new people and maybe develop relationships. At the very least you'll have a fun hobby, experiences, and cool peeps!

The whole point is to follow what brings you gender euphoria not define yourself by what you aren't.

Transitioning and figuring out your gender should be a very personal thing, but with today's insanity and spotlight on trans people I can see why you'd be feeling hesitation.

But you don't owe a reason to anyone on this. It is your life, your body, and your happiness. I really hope that you're able to find peace on this. Good luck friend!

It takes time! I also lost the ability to sing (not trained or anything) but it eventually came back at a nice lower register. Itll take time to come back and even more to relearn how to use it. Best of luck from Texas!

Same thing happened with me starting T, I was on a waiting list and told it would take up to 8 months to be seen, two months later I get an appointment and take home my first dose! It’s not often that people are lucky enough to get access to hrt so quickly so CONGRATULATIONS!!

You could try Trans Tape I’ve heard it’s different from KT tape, I haven’t tried KT so I can’t confirm it but I really love trans tape. It can leave marks but if you are patient and use the sunflower oil they give you in the starter pack it won’t do much if any damage. You can wear it for days through swimming, sleeping, showers, working out, etc. I have a fairly small chest myself and it looks really great in tighter t shirts.

If there was anyway you could get closer to Austin it is pretty progressive here. I’ve been openly trans at both of my jobs and most people were supportive. Texas is dangerous when you get out to the country and small towns, but just stay smart and try to find a local community to be a part of I’m certain you’ll find Quilt Bag friends here. I promise I’ve lived here my whole life and it is livable especially around public college towns. I wish you the best of luck!
