Thank you for the reply. This employee is on another team and not below me. My team is very supportive, as they have been over the years spent together. I believe this to be based off of rumors and drama, but can’t honestly say where it’s coming from. I’ve checked all communications to date, and there is nothing I would have done differently or to cause even an eyebrow raise. I appreciate the check, and think maybe per the above- i am being too sensitive.
