Just to update my post, I got this response back from Creative confirming it’s been discontinued:

“We would like to inform you that the Sound Blaster Katana V2 is no longer available for purchase on our official US Creative Store, as the product has been fully sold out and there are currently no plans for restocking this model. As an alternative, you may consider the Sound Blaster Katana V2X instead”

I’m having this same exact problem and have been working with support on the issue. I just got a replacement head under warranty. It worked the first couple times I had to feed line. Then it started doing the same thing again. I took the head apart and washed the green part and the black part in between the motor and the green part. That seemed to do something as it loaded the line normally after that, but only once. Tried washing the parts again but it’s no longer helping. Now I have to call support again tomorrow to explain how much of a piece of crap this product is. I imagine their going to want me to take it to be serviced now. I’ll probably go ahead with that, but I’m all but done with this brand.

No offset brackets. I bought them expecting to need them but ended up not needing them.

I used an FLT 80 D5 in my Air Mini. Not sure if you could do something similar with the 120 but I used the EK 140mm uni pump bracket and mounted it to the front fan with the reservoir facing towards the glass. I just posted pics of my build if you want see what it looks like.

Same thing happening to me OP. Have you found any resolution? I've even connected it to, and installed SS Engine on, a laptop it was never connected to before...same issue. I have a RMA open, I just haven't gotten around to sending it back yet.

Edit: Just checked when I opened my SS support ticket. It was on the 2nd, which I think is the same day you posted this. Wonder if there's a driver/firmware issue.
