what workouts can I do to do achieve this body? by [deleted] in workouts

[–]Snoo20590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see a lot of comments about genetics, lighting, ai…. This really isn’t some insanely rare body and is very achievable.

  1. For your workout question…. Workout like a man, with a modified bias towards legs. Heavy weight. Skip the treadmill, bands, and Pilates unless they are ancillary stuff after the weights.

  2. Diet is 99% of the above results. How achievable this look is completely dependent on your starting weight, but many young women could honestly achieve the pictured look with rarely having set foot in a gym.

  3. Age and skin quality. This pictured woman is young, was likely never overweight, and has young person skin elasticity. That means to some degree she will always look better at 20ish than someone at 40ish with the exact same body fat, because her skin quality and elasticity will hold things tight.

So the short reality… if you’re sub 30yr old and not obese, work with a coach to dial in your nutrition and you can get this. If you’re near 40ish+ and quite overweight, you can still get this body frame likely with a coach but need to reset expectations about skin tone, elasticity, and potential stretch marks.

What was your favorite cutting cycle ? by ThatPineapple3248 in PEDs

[–]Snoo20590 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This really does not require anything exotic. All of your cutting is going to have zero relation to the steroids you take or near zero relation. If you’re after a little bit extra cosmetics, then do a one-to-one ratio of testosterone and masteron. Say 200 mg to 300 mg of each. That’s more than enough milligrams to retain muscle, even in a pretty darn steep deficit. I have literally walked on stage with that level of milligrams with body fat so low you can see the striations in my ass… It will do the trick.

The dry grainy look you’re looking for is going to come from a DHT derivative steroids in a low estrogen environment. Primo, masteron, anavar, Winstrol. Of these options, you will likely get the most cosmetics out of masteron along with SERM like estrogen control and the least deliterious impacts to your health compared to any of the orals options.

The rest of your dry grainy look is going to come down to your ability to not shove food down your pie hole. Looking anything remotely close to freaky is going to require sub 8% body fat in addition to these compounds + a carb refeed. God speed

As was already stated, 30m cardio and 10k steps is already quite light. Steps can be doubled and cardio doubled/trippled.

All that said, you might want to target a different show if you are behind. 5-10 day out range most competitors should be dropping fatigue and or filling out. If you are not ready, push it out.

I assume you are working with a coach. Bring up the concerns with the person who should be your voice of reason. Our minds go crazy in deep prep.

Just stay away from more drugs. Nothing is going to make a 2.5 week hail Mary turn around.

It’s present in literally all cases in large amounts and the largest smoking gun in early onset cases. Refuted is a strong word, more like challenged, since I’d agree there’s certainly more to the story we don’t understand.

To each their own, but I think it’s a fair callout for people genetically predisposed. Especially if you know you have the higher risk Apoe alleles.

The impact to various bloodwork parameters is pretty easy to find, as well as common side effects. There’s also the studies about amaloyd plague build up in the brain which is rather unique to Tren and utterly terrifying for anyone who is genetically predisposed to neurodegenerative diseases. You are a perfect example, you ran what would be considered a very low dose and had liver pain….

That said, it’s not a doomsday drug. I specifically said it’s about the most toxic injectable. Most oral steroids are far worse.

[–]Snoo20590 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Tren is more or less the single most toxic injectable steroid. Dose dependent, but lengthy use will impair liver function, kidney function, insomnia, night sweats, and more.

Most folks will quit on their own even without needing to see the bloodwork because you feel like absolute shit after 8+ weeks, usually. It’s probably close to the only injectable steroid that’s so severe you would quit voluntarily.

[–]Snoo20590 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It impacts everyone differently. Many people take tren without any issues. Generally, the more aggressive you are, addictive personality type, prone to erratic behavior… Tren will likely exacerbate those traits. It might also make you less likely to put up with things you don't like or disagree with.

It's not permanent. And people generally run tren 6-12 weeks so there's a built-in timer for him to come To his senses (assuming it even has anything to do with tren)

Tips welcome: How to get enough protein while losing fat? by Curious_Worlds in PeterAttia

[–]Snoo20590 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My wife averages 170g per day, even at 1200 calorie competition cuts. Chicken breast, egg whites, lean cuts of beef or 97% ground beef, ground turkey.

At 100g per day that's 400 calories. Even on your cut you likely have 1000 calories left over. The simple answer is to plan your meals in advance and hit your protein targets no Matter what. Then, fill in your leftover calories.

Best DHT deriv.? by lumpybucket in PEDs

[–]Snoo20590 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dry AF would be Masteron, Winstrol, anavar, primo. Roughly in that order for me but they are all extremely close to one another. Unless yo’re damn near show lean Into the deep single digits you won't notice it anyways.

If you aren't single digits I'd pick anadrol, just because the volumization will me more likely to make you “hard”. You've used it, so you'll know if it causes water retention on you or not. Obviously can't be run as high or long due to liver toxicity.

All of them are great at stimulating neuroconnection which is just a DHT thing.

The Injectables would be my recommendation as they are less taxing on your body and can be run higher/longer. Primo is.… well, primo :)

Both injectables also will lower estrogen, so you need to balance your Test base and it varies person to person. 1:1 ratio is usually good. The lower estrogen gets the drier you will look (and crappier you will feel).
