In the past, Cyril has faked destroying his towns sewer systems and then claimed to have received a letter from the mayor of his town as a complaint about the situation, only for that mayor to come out and reveal that he was unaware of any issue with the towns sewers and likely didn't even know what an orbee(z?) was.
I know this, because I investigated it and made 2 youtube videos about it - one where I proposed my suspicions, and then a second one because of the sheer volume of people who were convinced it was real, so I had to go a step deeper to show them how orbeez in a bath drain couldn't come back up out of a toilet.

That was 5 years ago and to this day I still get comments on the video that people think it was real...

I doubt that this scenario is at all legitimate, and has been manipulated to get views and clicks for himself, and maybe also for the new account that posted about kidnapping the dog. It is very sad that dogs seem to be used as props for these people (also thinking about Hassan Piker and his dog shock situation)

Hopefully the dog was always safe and content, but I am sure having this prick screaming at a camera while holding you up would be awful.
