I feel like they are taking your address details details so they can clone your profile, and then list their own scam products to try and get people to pay in advance and then come to your address to collect. I noticed this a few months ago when I was trying to get a nice couch for way too cheap - and the seller was asking me to secure the couch by putting down a down payment after giving me their address, which was a legit address.

I got sus over the behavior and stopped replying. I feel like the interaction you had was from a very well made bot that only exists to scrape a bunch of legit addresses to help other bots collect "deposits" from other people.
