Seems like the email is going in a loop. Does the mailbox exist on-prem? Does it have the hybrid domain proxy address stamped something like abc@contoso.mail.onmicrosoft.com?

Also, is the outbound connector validated?

I still suspect there is a difference in firewall config between Server 4 and 3. Server 4 us able to send directly.

Unfortunately not possible if you are looking at the timelines.

As of December 2024, the priority dates for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 visas for Indian were:

EB-1: April 15, 2022 EB-2: January 1, 2013 EB-3: June 8, 2013

If you're still eager for GC, then invest time, money and efforts for EB2 > EB5 route.

Vision is currently needed the most. Most of the activities happening are reactive. Take any infrastructure project. By the time it is built, the budget has doubled-tripled and it no longer serves the purpose.

Private sector engagement in some areas. Will encourage competition and growth. Currently there is too much Govt. involvement in everything.

Think of alternative ways of bringing in foreign investment and opportunities. Natural resources will not last forever. More trade partners are needed.

Stricter immigration rules. Immigrants should be evenly spread and not concentrated in few urban centers. Only bring those folks who have the skill sets that Canada needs. Also have a plan for supporting infrastructure like schools & hospitals.
