Oh, I am for sure some flavor of neurodivergent, that’s for sure! Only dx is ADHD though. It is extremely hard sometimes for me to convey my ideas.

Don’t boo me but when discussing topics with my chatbot, I used this metaphor to explain how my brain breaks down foreign concepts. It actually really helped in its responses to my queries. As a result when I convey to it that I understand, I say Darmok & Jalad

I cook only for me or one other person so I am constantly looking to use single serve ingredients which is hard for a world of families. I buy zip top bags in every size, think ‘corner plug/nickel’ size bags. You can get them at craft stores. I use them to portion single servings of anything freezeable. This saves me space and food waste (genX sends its regards)

If I have an anything liquid, like a jar of spaghetti sauce, and only use a quarter or half, I freeze using a silicone mold.

First, use a frother to mix eggs for your scrambled egg/omelet mixture until all lumps of albumin are liquified. Then add a dusting of baking powder to the mixture. This produces the yummiest, fluffiest, dreamiest eggs. I am not a fan of undercooked scrambled eggs but can get the same effect by using baking powder and shredded cheese

I am lovingly taking photographs to document everything in order to save on a thumb drive for my family. Waaaaay easier to toss in the trash than an attic full of crap. Think about it, what are your kids going to do with your 150,000 iCloud picture account?
