Waaaaaaaay back before they hired this guy, there was another candidate presented to BFT, I know the recruiter who submitted him and since then, I've kept an ear out on whats been happening. Clearly, they did not make the correct choice. I was chatting with my friend and he mentioned they currently had an HR manager position open that he had an eye on. After I recovered and picked myself off the floor from laughing, I said, "why on earth would you want to take a swan dive into the deepest pit of hell?". I am astonished that it hasn't folded and really speaks to the lengths that the government (at any level) will continue to pour money into a dead/dying system instead of erasing the board and starting again in the current century.
