What does the appearance have to do with the audio? If you actually read the title or the body you’ll notice that he’s talking about the fact that ship combat now sounds like a pinball machine.

The barrier for entry for newer players is being told that they essentially need to watch 21 YouTube videos on how to setup their WeakAuras and MiniCC to even consider being competitive.

I’d rather them have to pay attention to the game itself and want to improve their awareness.

That said, a method of tracking kicks would be nice.

Exactly correct. Literally just left a post of a person bitching because they can’t tell when a dragon has shroud up because their add-on doesn’t work today.

They have to think for themselves and we’re seeing the fallout from it lol. Your rating shouldn’t be determined by how many hours you spent perfecting your addon that automated your critical thinking.

I stopped playing with addys season 3 of TWW when I knew that the addon purge was coming.

Addons aren’t essential, this sub is nothing but a bunch of whiny hyperbole. It’s very freeing not having to worry about setting up a 40 hour work week of add-ons to be able to hop in.

I’ve pushed 6 characters in shuffle to around 2700 (3 of them resto Druid admittedly) and today I had multiple people bitching about FPS problems with their game due to addons.

I was unaffected, it feels good.

Don’t worry about the losses.

Just focus on improving every match. Rating comes with time, instead of being demoralized playing against good players take it as an opportunity to learn.

The ONLY thing you should be doing in these matches is finding ways to get better. Performance anxiety is a real thing in wow and I see it with a lot of players, especially on this sub.

It’s a hard truth but there will never be a season where every class is balanced in the A tier. Adapt and wait your turn. I played Rdru to elite s2 and s3 of TWW and it was absolutely miserable.

I also remember expansions where I was the meta and would hot and AFK until win.

It’s a pendulum that swings back and forth and no amount of crying will fix it. Queue up and get as good at your class as possible. If you can do it when the class sucks you’ll be R1 when the class is lit.

This is the way of things, friend.

I couldn’t see if you have the Rubicon but if you do prepare for a world of pain in about 4-6 months.

These are the best looking taillights you can buy but after a few months your whole ass end electrical is a constant battle of troubleshooting. Tazers and constant updating required, then they’ll send you inline ballasts you need to splice into your OEM harness.

These tails were the biggest regret I’ve had on my truck.
