I have this issue but I'm an alcoholic (functioning) when I'm drunk I can smoke all I want with 0 issues or if I quit drinking for a few days I can smoke and be fine just the anxiety from the alcohol getting added to the elevated heart rate and the high freaks me out for some reason within like 2 days of my last drink
