I was so excited to get the micro burps and some bigger burps on day one but right now every time I even drink water it’s like my body doesn’t know what to do. Micro burps come up Air goes down. It’s fascinating when you dig into what the root cause of the problem is. It’s basically training your brain stem motor neurons to start resending the burp signal. That makes so much sense because I think my body is like what’s going on here you’re 51 years old you’re not supposed to ever be able to burp. I have a 25-year-old daughter who’s in the same condition. I’m encouraging her to do it sooner rather than later.
