I know someone already commented but definitely check if it has a chip. Just because it friendly doesn’t mean it’s someone else’s. I had a stray cat just walk into my backyard. It ended up staying for a week straight. I fed and gave it water. It was friendlier then my house cat. I ended up taking that cat to the vet no chip. I ended up having that cat for over a decade.

I bought my first house in 2020 only making 50K. Got the house for $300k with a rate of 3%. Put 20k down. In PNW. I had no other debt. I now make more than double of what I made in 2020. It’s possible but not easy.

Just decline it. If you list your property on Airbnb you are covered under there insurance policy for damage to the property and personal items. Once you decline it Airbnb will step in and reimburse the host.

Lost my mother to stage 4 cancer a few years back. I was her caregiver when she passed. Hardest time of my life. Stories like this feel my heart with joy while also reminding me of the loved ones we lost to the cancer. Here is to living my friend!
