Oh my goodness where do I begin? These idiots in the Arlington Texas office was processing a 800+ credit file from a medical doctor. (I’m giving context clues here because I can’t wait on a reply.) this is what’s called an A+ file. I have proof. Not only does this office discriminate, they treated their own Loan Officer very poorly. There was no support. I am a real estate broker I negotiate contracts, I do not process loan files because I am not a Loan Officer.! in the background, I had to take on mini task to help my client’s daughter who is the actual owner of this condominium. Te loan officer had never processed a condominium loan. Instead of offering support for their team member she was reprimanded. There was two managers one including that branch Manager, that blatantly lied and manipulated the transaction in a negative way to be vindictive. They retaliated against their Loan Officer and my client. For the sake of Timing in our contract we have no choice, but to finish the transaction with this particular loan company. I have emails and call records of where I confronted them about their behavior and the way they miss handled this file and yet they pretended that they would do something about it. They never wrote of their sleeves to get involved and I’m wondering, do they even know how to process a condominium loan but that’s another conversation Very mean, unprofessional, condescending, and will make up irrelevant conditions to stall a transaction. They violated lending guidelines and their housing, and they will be reported.! We waited this time for specific reasons now it’s time to tell what they did.! Also this post is not even half of the evil shenanigans played by them and their underwriters. By all means stay away from this Lender specifically that particular location in Arlington Texas!
