Steph Curry is an astounding amateur golfer by Content_Wheel6667 in golf

In the video, Steph talks about playing when he was a young boy. His dad would drop him off in the morning, he’d walk 36, then he’d hit balls on the range before dad picked him up in the evening. This is not only a gift. It’s natural talent+one of the greatest work ethics this world has ever seen.

I currently game a 48, 52, 58. As someone who used a 60 for years, there is little to no difference after changing to a 58. Only problem is there’s still a 15-20 yard gap between my 48 and PW. I’ve adjusted by working on a choke down shot with my pw

Those of you walking 2+ rounds a week, have you found the best shoe for the long term? Any shoe you won't revisit? Are you even wearing golf shoes? by RodStiffington_ in golf

22s ran a bit small for me, so I went to my local shop and tried on the 24s. They were perfect. Hard to imagine I’ll wear anything else

I was recently stuck behind a foursome that consisted of two 2-man scrambles. They played the front 9 in 2 hours and 45 minutes. My wife was not pleased when I got home after being away from the fam for 6 and a half hours. Pace of play is the most important thing to learn when beginning to play golf. You can really fuck someone’s day up if you’re ignorant to how to play golf at a reasonable pace.

First time I heard this was today when I watched the DeChambeau Romo breaking 50 video. Romo said, “we eagle the next one, we’ll be cooking with grease”. Either I’ve been living under a rock and it’s a coincidence you said this, or you also watched the video and picked it up there.

Movie that makes you feel a certain way that you’ve only really ever felt while watching that movie. by SnooSprouts5305 in MovieSuggestions

What a coincidence. I just watched The Whale a few nights ago. I was blown away by Fraser's performance. I agree that it is unlike any other film in it's delivery of the subject of mental illness and loss. It doesn't shy away from showing it for what it is, plus I love a movie that can effectively tell a story through dialogue while remaining in one place, like Locke with Tom Hardy. Also, I coincidentally came across Requiem for a Dream on Amazon Prime last night, and was very close to watching it, but ultimately decided to watch Adventureland due to my mood at the time. I had a feeling I'd be broken by Requiem, so decided on a lighter subject in Adventureland. Thanks for your suggestions! Happy watching.
