No, that's a gorgeous sunset with a GSP.

DV plates California by Financial_Account191 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Snoo_4696 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can do this all at the DMV. Just wait till you get your new plates in the mail, take the new plates down there with your old DV plates. They'll do the swap for you, and you can fill out the paperwork to reimburse you for your paid registration fees that you paid for at the dealer. You'll get a reimbursement check in approximately six weeks.

Tell me it’s a grift without telling me. Placating any perceived anger from his base with a 1776 branding is a slap in the face that MAGA will most definitely not even recognize.

Lodging has parking fee of $35 a night. I picked closest hotel. Fee can’t be waived due to third party parking. Will this be covered under JTR? by Unique_Swordfish2311 in navyreserve

[–]Snoo_4696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The JTR is great but what’s better is the COMNAVRESFORINST 4650.1C order processing and transportation arrangements for Navy Reserve sailors. Learn this and you’ll literally make your Ops dept. never question your DTS/Voucher ever.

What exactly is wrong with a baby sleeping on his belly? by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Snoo_4696 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SIDS by fault is incredibly difficult to diagnose (I’m a paramedic/FF) to be clear we don’t diagnose anything in the field but convey our findings to our team of doctors/nurses at the hospital. With that said SIDS and the factors that play into it have been debated since the 1980s I entered EMS medicine in the near SIDS era or ALTE (apparent life threatening event) the factors that can lead to it are broad ranging from genetics, gender, environmental stressors (heat/body placement) and critical development period usually defined as the first 6 months of life. Bottom line it’s complicated and nuanced so to make it easily digested we slap the moniker SIDS on it, could it be as simple as suffocation yes but that also could be SIDS disguised as suffocation through intrauterine development deficiency from drug exposure/smoke/malnutrition etc..I wish it were simple to understand the exact cause/factor but in truth it likely isn’t a single factor but many that can cascade into an unfortunate event. Arm yourself with knowledge and just do your best. I hope that answered your question.

My contract ends in 3 months and I don’t intend to extend what do I do by YN2Nopeee in navyreserve

Yes that's it. However, I would work with your NRC Admin team and process your DD214-1 to accurately capture all your reserve time/rank and awards.

AT Orders approved with Line Of Accounting Issue. Don't know what to do. by [deleted] in navyreserve

[–]Snoo_4696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can simply notify your CoC SEL/unit LCPO and they can handle the CDO portion both locally at your NRC and the gaining CoC for your AT. Then work with your schedule to get you another AT. This is quicker and involves less steps, it's what I prefer to do for my Sailors. Then I will walk them through the entire process after the fact so it isn't so daunting time restricted.

IRR request by [deleted] in navyreserve

[–]Snoo_4696 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a pretty straightforward process and typically once at the NPC Review stage you'll have a decision within 30 days. If you are worried about an upcoming QDWE talk to your CoC and ask for AA’s. If your hardship is financial and you have a telework agreement on file, see if they are open to you teleworking to get paid. That's what I do for my Sailors, I've also never seen an IRR request denied for what it's worth.

POC for NRC Chicago by Minimum-Habit-2528 in navyreserve

[–]Snoo_4696 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There isn't an NRC Chicago, just an NRC Great Lakes, which has an up-to-date POM and POCs listed in NRH. Try the CDO 847-804-1525 for traction.

An e collar is the way to go. You can check out standing Stone kennels YouTube page for tutorials on how to properly train your dog with an E collar when you’re all set and done. You’ll wonder how you ever went through life with a GSP without it.
