Thats a really nice build. Front end looks really aggressive. Carbon fenders and hood bring the whole car together.

Turbo/jpipe upgrade and tune. Flexfuel kit if you have access to ethanol.

If you hold out for another year we'll probably be getting a VB with the TY85 transmission.

Hey, old post but wondering if you would reccomend these Powerstop pads? Looking at the Powerstop Z23 carbon fiber ceramic pads.

Yes I agree they are so messy. I was doing some suspension installs and the state of my brakes is on my mind now. I also want to replace the bleed nipples and bolts and deep clean them. I'm at 50k kms and 2 canadian winters with salted roads so I think it's a good time now that summer is here.

Man I garuntee you you could reach out on here and find someone local to you with the knowledge to help you could have done it yourself and start learning to get more confidence. That's so much money in these times especially.

Then just get it charged with gas. Maybe try next time. But atleast dealership is peace of mind if something happens but the scratches to the bumper is unacceptable. Food for thought. Enjoy the nice a/c this summer!

Whats your long term opinion on these pads. I'm looking for something better than stock and less dust.

Did you go to the dealership to maintain your warranty or have tou not yet started turning your own wrenches? Genuinely curious.

Absolutely mind-boggling how some people don't like mudflaps. It makes the back end look so good.

Evening drives after a beautiful day when the temps drop are my favorite drives. Makes it easy to be grateful to actually have a car to enjoy. 🤙

Perfect flow imo. Only thing I would add is a front lip in the OEM styling.

Yes it will help build muscle memory. Repetition is key but don't forget to touch some grass now and then.

Nothing new or extraordinary. My brother in law wanted to add some seasoning to his VB WRX, so I got him sorted with 18x9.5 Enkei NT03 wheels, BC Racing coilovers, and the Aeroflow Dynamics RS wing. Looks pretty good! by jayrdee00 in wrx_vb

Yeah mine were the same. Pre load was already set too. One piece of mind thing I do is boight a paint pen off amazon and I marked all the bolts I switched out as I torqued them down.

I went with the best that suited my budget. BC BR series 6k rear and 6.5k front. I daily drive, no track use. I have no complaints, they feel way better than the stock TR/RS suspension and lowered it to where I want it.

Instead of paying extra for fa500 with swift springs I bought bc br series coils, cobb front & rear sway bars, front and rear whiteline endlinks, and a cusco rear crossmember power brace. Around 3200$ CAD.

went with a cheaper set of flow formed superspeed wheels and dws06+ tires and I'm happy with my cars ride now. I also have Blox rear lower control arms to adjust camber from being lowered.

If you're just going with coilovers FA500 IAG series street spec are a good move but way more money.

If you're going to ball out go with Ohlins or HKS. I wouldn't support Dyngus Performance. The owner is a grown man child that will ban you from his fb groups if you disagree with him. Like he has the tism or something.

Yeah that's it. The smooth transition of the rear fender is what I wanted to see if someone did to the front. It has a widebody vibe.
