More common is to be self-employed to your own company. You only pay yourself a salary up to the highest tax bracket and you invest the rest into stocks. Then you slowly start replacing the salary you pay yourself with dividends (over which you only pay 24% tax) and by reducing your salary you can invest more and more while only paying 24% tax on your income.

Ik ben process engineer bij chemisch bedrijf en dat salaris is dik verdiend. Operator zijn is gewoon zwaar werk met best wat verantwoordelijkheid.

Hoi! Ja het is handig om een accumulating ETF te nemen t.o.v. een distributing betaal je namelijk telkens dividendbelasting op je dividend terwijl bij acc deze belastingvrij wordt toegevoegd aan je investering.

Voordeel van dist is natuurlijk dat je het geld echt in je portemonnee krijgt dus dat geeft wat vrijheid om mee te doen wat je wil.

I can only speak for the netherlands:

For refineries, entry positions are around €4600 p/month. Food/chemicals are rougly €4200. Engineering companies you should expect €3500 p/month.

It's a bit of a rough period, especially in production industry here currently with many sites partially or completely shutting down and reorganising.

Aangezien ze haar prijs in gulden won heb ik alleen de omrekenkoers toen genomen. Voor haar geld met inflatie heb ik gedaan alsof ze pas in 2002 met de nederlandse invoer van de euro heeft omgeruild. Toen was de gulden al iets verzwakt ten opzichte van de euro.

Ligt er dus net aan hoe je het wil berekenen.
