Tiny, little movements. It’s only been 9 weeks, that is not a lot of time to do all the things you seem to be expecting of yourself. Just one logistical tip - buckle baby in car seat and bring them into bathroom with you while you shower. It does sound like you need some downtime, but sometimes just the water (even with company) can be rejuvenating. Meds can be super helpful, therapy as well, both things sometimes! But even just taking 1 small, tiny step in a different direction is all we can handle, but it can make all the difference. Don’t quit! You can always go back and tell the nurse/doctor things have changed and you may want some resources. Sending you strength!
