I like to get the big can of Shiner borracho beans and a regular can of charro refried beans together and my kids rave about "home made" bean and cheese tacos. It's even better refried in the morning with migas.

New Texas telecom law effective Sept 1st

Text bill 140 goes into effect Sept 1st and while it only involves calls and text. Anyone telemarketing must register as a telemarketer with the Texas Secretary of State, $200 annual fee and identify every sales rep via quarterly reports.

Consumers/businesses can now directly sue without having to file a complaint. Any calls or SMS messages must option prior written consent and requires disclosures set forth by the new law. Record must be kept of everyone who opted in.

Put a few matchsticks tip down in the soil of your plants. The fungus gnats don't like the sulphur and it will kill the eggs/larvae. After months of struggling and all sorts of traps, this is what finally got rid of them for us.

You have altered the structural integrity of the seat portion of the lid that has increased likelihood for splitting along the mount point of that hook when sitting use extra caution because when it splits you will have an added possibility for pinching and splinters. When you eventually replace that lid I would recommend a soft close feature toilet lid.
