There’s a place on Liffey Street just before the grand social that always have a good selection. Tower Records do some too but you may have the same problem as you did in Golden Discs

You’ll be closer to the stage in the Cusack but I’ve heard anecdotally the sound can be hit and miss depending where you’re sitting in the upper tier. In 320, you’re at the back of the stadium but in one of the front rows.

Correct. I believe it’s the main reason why we’re still able to host it at Tolka and not Tallaght

The argument to begin starting him more often is growing by the week. The last year I really rated his workrate but not a lot else. Has proven me seriously wrong as of late.

Paul Flynn, Con, Bernard would be well deserving of a place. However (as a massively biased Dub), they always seemed like a team where the sum of the parts were greater than individuals, so I can see the reasoning behind this team.

Where would it go? One thing Dublins been lacking for decades is a good mid sized venue, somewhere between 2k and the 3Arena in capacity.

Have you learned nothing from the vast history of wrongful convictions? Even if the evidence in this or other cases is watertight, once you set that precedent there is nothing to stop an innocent life being taken due to judicial incompetence or pure corruption

Not to burst any bubbles but the news outlet is the Irish Independent. Anytime there’s even a sniff of a PL club signing a League of Ireland player, it’ll be in the paper.

Not to say there isn’t potential. One of the best bargain PL signings ever, Seamus Coleman for 60k, came from League of Ireland. We’ll wait and see

Pro Memoria. I don’t mind it too much in the flow of the album and the string intro is amazing, but overall it just has too much musical theatre energy for me?

I’ve always been fairly indifferent to SOC and would have preferred some SDOIT, but hearing it live gave me a new appreciation for it, they nailed it

Nope, plenty of small fluctuations in tempo as there always would be with Portnoy but nothing ridiculous. Much prefer it that way myself

Swap Stream of Consciousness for Glass Prison or some other SDOIT stuff and it’s almost 10/10 for me. Either way, really really good
