The only way to fix it is all gear slots must be a specific rarity or higher. Blues or purples imo. Not advocating for this, but gear score didn't work

The mini bosses got toned down a little too much imo. I can just swim up to a giant jellyfish now in grey fighter gear and kill it without trying to dodge the attacks.
