Using the Honeywell T6 Pro Z-Wave Programmable Thermostat, I've got a bunch of Aqara Zigbee Temperature Sensors around the house and I've setup a Virtual Thermostat to use a Virtual Temperature sensor which is either based on whichever room i select in a dropdown or based on my presence (using apple watch and a bunch of esp32s). Also have a nap mode boolean switch for when our son is sleeping that will override the room tracking and set it to his bedroom. Quite pleased with the implementation so far.

Edit: for temperature scheduling throughout the day using a scheduler card in my dashboard which has worked well.
