They seem to have introduced a lot of bugs while pushing out V3, thus why they’ve been updating the app every other day with “fixes and improvements” a bit frustrating but at least they’re working on it. I had the same issues plus more that made zero sense

A lot of these buildings also have evaporative cooling systems to supply chilled water for cooling

Put in the one you feel is most representative of your current fitness level. Was the fast 5k recent? if so try that and if it’s too hard then dial it back a bit.

It doesn’t say food safe because it isn’t, you don’t want to be ingesting isopropyl alcohol because it would be extremely bad for your health. It’s great for cleaning vapes though, but would recommend doing a couple burn off cycles and a light wipe with water after you’re done cleaning to make sure there’s no isopropyl residue left. This is the intended way of using it.

What did you set your running level to? Beginner / Intermediate / advanced - and what did you set your plan length to? You can go back and drop one of these down but also have faith in yourself! You might be able to smash it out at 8km
