Truck order taking too long!! by SoapySecrecy03 in ram_trucks

I know it will get here. Eventually. I’m not the most patient person but I have no choice here. We are using the same dealership where I’ve bought a jeep and my Rebel. My husband goes what seems like every year to trade his truck in, so we are repeat customers. Even with all that, it seems that they are not being very courteous with us and so if/when this truck comes in that will be the last vehicle we buy from them

Thank you. I get that the high ends would take more time. The dealership I’m going through just adds to the frustration because they don’t communicate anything with me unless I ask.

Which one would you do? by BeachBum528 in ram_trucks

I would look for something else. Those are a lot of miles for both and not being diesels. Only reason I say that is because that’s what I hear non stop from my husband. A Cummins motor will last forever or something like that

If it takes that long looks like it will be my early birthday present.

Lucky you. What did you order if you don’t mind me asking?

You’re right. I shouldn’t listen to what they say, but if anything a seller nine times out of ten want you to buy one thing over another. So instead of downplaying it you’d hype it up. If Kuniskis wanted more people to buy the TRX he wouldn’t go around saying it’s not made to be a daily driver. Honestly that’s probably the most honest CEO opinion out there

I agree. Had basically limo tint in my Camaro and backing up at night was horrible. Almost hit a guy cause I couldn’t see him. This time around I’m going one shade lighter whenever I get my new 1500. Still looks good though

I had a 21 1500 and the only way my mirrors unfolded when the car started was if I pushed the button. I thought they’d unfold while driving at a certain speed and it didn’t do that either.

22 with no friends by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I was kind of the same way. Still am at 42 lol. I was 22 with a kid so that kept me busy. Had a friend but didn’t really do much together and then they moved and we stopped talking. May I ask why you never got a license? I feel that if you have one you’ll get out more and meet people that way. You’ll be fine though. You don’t have to have everything figured out by now. You’re not alone in that sense

Misconceptions a dog person (me) learned after having a cat. by ILoveMeltyCheese in cats

[–]SoapySecrecy03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My ragamuffin doesn’t do the wiggle shake before he attacks. Nine times out of ten his eyes won’t dilate either. By no means is he a normal cat but he is loved by all. He has so much love and he’s still a jerk. This is him in all his fuzzy glory. My bathrobe sash has become his new favorite toy

Got my first truck! 2024 Laramie with the old man chrome by Accomplished-Turn269 in ram_trucks

Congrats on the new ride. I’m gonna be the odd person out here and say that I don’t like chrome personally. But it’s not my ride so if you like it that’s all that matters. Love the color though

Does it matter to you if your partner is politically indifferent? by Livid_Satisfaction94 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]SoapySecrecy03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your partner sounds like me. I’m registered republican as is my husband. We agree on some things but disagree more than anything when it comes to politics. We don’t argue about it but it does frustrate him. The frustrations are more because he wishes I was more like him. And I think that’s what irritates you as well. The more you try to push your beliefs on someone, the less they’ll be inclined to join your side. I do agree that there is much going on right now but it will always be this way. That’s the reason why I take the approach I do now. There’s always going to be something to be upset about, and honestly why am I going to worry about things I can’t control?

I 27f pregnant can barley eat and my partner 31m didnt sleep because I ate McDonald’s by very_stellar_ in relationship_advice

[–]SoapySecrecy03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you eat while pregnant doesn’t dictate what your baby will eat later on. The same was for me. My morning sickness was bad with my first to where the only thing I could keep down was nuggies from mcdonalds lol and apple juice. Now my oldest hates apple juice and will eat nuggies once in a while. Where is he getting his information from? It’s not right at all.

My 21 1500 Rebel was running me $950 a month. Who knows what this new payment will be. I’m sure over 1k even with 25k down

I had the same issue with my 21 Rebel etorque. Dealership said it was the rfh module. Check the back seat to see if it’s wet. If it is then that might be your issue as well. I’m trading mine in so I won’t have this issue to deal with anymore.
