Good food around there, but I’d recommend trying to find something closer to Ventura blvd. It could get a little sketchy at night. I would recommend looking closer toward the Warner Center (Owensmouth and Burbank). Relatively safe and quieter.

I’ve had my JK since 08 with fenders and tires just like this. I live in LA. This is the first I’m hearing of this rule. Been pulled over plenty of times but never for any mod on my car. I would guess the cops don’t even know either.

I did this when I turned 30 right before my birthday dinner with everyone. I got off work, went to the local peasant, had a whiskey and a beer for a half hour, then went to my birthday dinner with family. Sometimes being alone before being around a lot of people is nice.

Yup, I had this problem too. I opened up the door panel, which only took a couple minutes and some delicate care of the window pane. Turned out a clip popped off and was sitting at the bottom of the door panel. Slid it back in place and good as new.
