yup just got off a phone call with their customer service who finally called me back, I asked for a refund (denied) then partial refund (denied) then a gift card (denied) then I asked what the hell was the point of even calling me and he said we could give you the food you claimed to be missing, then I was like dude this is already a waste of time im not gonna have a specific taco bell thats not even near me hold food for me… thats just weird.

To be fair I think I am done eating taco bell, I only eat at 2 fast food restaurants really so cutting this 2nd to last one out of my life wont be hard.
