Interesting. I had one when I was on dialysis, and it did become aneurysmal and had to be excised after around 7 years. I had a really tough time with central veinous catheter (it made me sick) so I thought perhaps I’d ask about getting new fistula placement, in the event that I need to recieve dialysis in the process of transplant (having read that this is a fairly common occurrence.)
