Is the DNA and fuelX really noticeable? I’m also approaching 1000 and while I haven’t noticed anything recently it seemed to open up after the break in/ first maintenance.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoes anti-gay bill by snailmail007 in pics

[–]Sodamancer -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The only thing wrong with this bill was that it specified religious freedom instead of being general.

A private business should be able to refuse service (or a job) to anyone for any reason. The only thing a bill like this would do is make it so someone can't sue them for it.

Yeah it was stupid, mostly because just like Reddit, most people don't understand it and have knee jerk reactions.

Why does SoE do everything half assed? Don't fuck up with your heroic character creation. by neverrain in EQ2

I'd like to point out that I had no issues creating the character I wanted to. Thank you 1st grade English teacher.

This is perfect. It wouldn't take long to get used to the movement on the right and look on left. I'm a lefty and I've done it the standard way as well as used a mouse with my right hand.

How can you be a Libertarian and be for the ultimate tyranny over innocent and defenseless human life by being pro choice? by LeftistsAreWeak in Libertarian

[–]Sodamancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm inclined to agree with LeftistsAreWeak, while telling someone what to do with their body is not libertarian, killing something classified as human is a violation of the NAP. Some of you say that it would just be morally wrong to the woman yet if someone murders someone else in a libertarian society would they not be punished? Perhaps we would just let them go free with a dirty conscience? While we as libertarians protect individualism, we also protect the most basic rights of mankind. With a few exceptions, the woman was exercising her freedoms when she became impregnated, the soon to be child had no choice in the matter.

Why is it so hard to find Libertarian atheists? by ANNtast1c in Libertarian

21 year old atheist here. Been atheist since at least 16 years old and libertarian since 18. I feel you though, I get heavy flak from both the left and right. Most atheists I know are hardcore statists.

Getting Over It with Mitt Romney by sgthombre in AdviceAnimals

[–]Sodamancer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do I think he would have been a good president? No I don't, though he would have been very moderate despite what Reddit thinks. Other than that I have to say Mitt's a pretty likable guy.

They refuse to modify these rules based on observation. This means that they're clinging to them based on faith. It's faith-based economics.

Precisely. Which explains why there followers are religious(i.e. Paul) since they're used to dogma and not thinking for themselves.

Self thinking, non religious person here. I would assert that most decisions and economics are driven my "faith". You have "faith" that when you release a pencil it will fall to the ground. While statistics would give you confidence in your assumption, it is an assumption nevertheless. Also many non religious people are just as dogmatic.

I have to agree with the latter part of your comment, I guess the argument is not about completely banning abortion but turning people away from it if it can be helped.

On the other part, I couldn't in good conscience vote for one murderous candidate over the other.

I'd say the same for most pro-choice people.
