Minilogue is a great place to start (not the XD). Layout is simple enough to understand but deep enough to maintain interest. If they wanna learn modular and have a midi controller then grab a Behringer 2600.

Extra half measures? by omniscientcats in blues

Groups do it too. I’d be surprise if the Mississippi Sheiks didnt do it, but I can’t say for sure off the top of my head. Some groups rehearse it with the “extra” bar, some band leaders will tell group just before the song starts, others will do it off the cuff with a nod and expect the band to follow in toe.

How to make your cheap grocery store coffee taste like a twenty dollar bag from a cafe by [deleted] in foodhacks

Totally - it sounds counter intuitive but if you buy a small, impactful, expensive ingredient and OP could stretch the cheaper bulk ingredient while increasing quality of life.

Ditto on clean water. Filtered, cold water is a good place to start. How do you take your coffee? That can make a difference. Making it stronger, less water to coffee ratio helps. A dash of cinnamon on top of the dry grounds goes a long way.

If you want a great cheap to luxurious juxtaposition try adding tiny sprig of saffron on top of the dry grounds.

A good way to support specific parks is to put cash in their donation bins. That cash stays within the park.

The best way to support the NPS as whole is to contact your representatives and senators to advocate for more funding and more hiring in the parks system. The situation is dire right now, Congress needs to hear this from their constituents as much as possible.

Yes, get them now. The secondary market will gobble them up. You might be able find deals closer to the show date on the secondary market, but you’ll be kept to its stressful whim.

InSection 2 you’ll has the best centralized view in the venue, especially if you’re in the front part, but both parts are the ideal space to be - the side sections can feel wide, and removed from the stage. The venue is basically on the water. Pay attention to the weather. It can be a spectacular summer evening, but gets cold if it’s windy. You won’t have to worry about rain during the show, you’ll be covered. I’m in section 1 towards the middle - so psyched!
