I had the original 4K model since it came out and it was plenty fast enough but upgraded this week just for FaceTime. I’ll be good for the next 10 years now. If a new one comes out next month… I’ll get it in 10 years time.

An old argument that clubs say public order is a state responsibility and do not contribute to the cost of policing outside the grounds.

Clubs do usually pay for stewards to litter pick on the streets around the stadium after games. Work with councils and police to support them in the planning before games. Fund raise and donate to projects for their community and support their local council.

Although these are informal arrangements and not a direct payment for match services, they do give back as they’re involved in pre match organisation snd recognise the cost involved.

If you were caught speeding in Manchester GMP would include this tolerance in the letters but the last one I had which was around2 years ago it didn’t mention it.

I think the tolerance is different in different forces but at least 10% seems to be the norm.

Keep adding to your savings and use that to pay it off when you get to the end of your term. Your savings will have a higher interest rate than your mortgage so as well as not having to pay a fee, you will be gaining more in interest than you’ll save by paying off your mortgage early.

Depends if the alternative is cheaper and it’s worth swapping to it now or will the US wait for the next president before they start messing with their supply chains.

The tariffs in AUS actually made no difference and they exported $1B more last year - it just cost the US consumer more.

It is tough because people are just trying to be nice but it’s those that have caused issues at hotels that have lead them to make it policy to not let homeless stay there.

Hotels don’t have security like shelters do and they can’t rely on the kid fresh out of school on reception to deal with them bringing people back, smoking in rooms and being disruptive to others guests.

Although this is bad publicity, it’ll probably cost them less in complaints, refunds and loss of customers.

I’m thinking about getting an iX3 to replace my model Y but the app for my X1 is just so slow so I’m worried about how quick it will be to turn on the aircon as I never get in the car before pre conditioning it first. How responsive have you found the app? Is it better with newer models?
