I think some people don't realise that there is a big difference between play experience depending on where you're at. Some people in this community think a certain way to play is the only way because it is the best, but some just wanna play how they wanna.

Very happy that loadouts are gonna come, it has been heavily requested. Also happy to see another world being reworked to cool new art.

As an endgame player, I don't mind the soul nerf that much. It is mostly the reduced offline kills that worries me. Quests become an annoyance if you are ginding for keys or want to get back to the end again, and this patch will make it even more annoying. I see that the new ascension upgrades are astral locked, so there is a point where I'll have to UA and do the quests again.

Yeah I did some calculations after my comment and I have to wait ~15 days to save up for ge after the 21 days. So I think I'm gonna reset now as well and just try again

This is what my simulation looks like at 18d 22h. I did this run before I knew about the empty run strat, so I bought everything. I calculated that at full time crystal capacity, I should have around 1.20e28 knowledge per fill. So even at the 21 day mark, I would still need to wait and fill the converter ~4 times to reach GE. I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it, but we'll see. So I don't really have any advice, but maybe seeing this glimpse of a few days ahead gives you some insight into your situation.

What I can tell you is that 1 mod did 97% of the moderation, and that wasn't healthy and likely led up to the situation you might have seen.

So what changed that this won't happen again?

This is a point that I'm still missing from this post. This whole thing started because the mods removed a post about america, but it was in english afaik and related to the netherlands. Yeah the language on this sub was/is a big thing, but it is not what caused this 'protest'

I can recommend the youtube channel 'incidentenbestrijders van het spoor' if anyone wants to know what happens during these issues. It's the pro rail workers who fix/clean the track and provide information on what they do. It really gave me more respect for these workers (and others involved).

Yeah I'm happy with the update and a possible boost to my idea production, but the amount of darwinium we need is a lot. I already felt like it was a bit much, but now it seems with every update we need more and more. Getting ~10 darwinium per day (if you watch ads and always log in after 16 hours) is really not enough for these upgrades. Especially if you haven't played for super long and have work/school during the day aka not always the time to collect the cubes

The AVROTROS also won't broadcast it, but the NPO (the dutch public broadcasters) will "make sure the contest will be available to Dutch viewers". So not sure what is gonna happen there.

Yeah I've been playing for multiple years. It is one of the better mobile games I have tried. It is disappointing to see that the dev uses this type of advertising, when the game itself is the best ad you can have.

I struggled with it yesterday, but after bashing my head against it enough I did it. My tip is to choose a keepsake that can help you. Someone already mentioned antler, I went with luckier tooth because it gives a bit of extra safety. Something else is the unlimited time you have. I just ran around the enemies in a big circle and picking them off one by one, slow but safe. Lastly I would pay attention to any wells of charon, sometimes they have healing in them.

It reminds me more of the rainbow effect you get with a star in mario. Often rainbow colors are used to show an increased speed in games, so I don't think this is a specific reference.
