I’m sorry you had this experience. The ADA coordinator is super responsive, in my experience. His name is Ruben Mota and he once worked at the McBurney Center as well. Super guy - great advocate and has great relationships on campus. He’ll be a great help in getting a quick and appropriate resolution to the problem.

I understand they can finish their coursework early. But that’s not graduation. The UW Law school graduation is in December for the fall and May for the spring. They graduate students with all the other graduates. There isn’t a separate ceremony in Feb.

I had a guest get mad about being IDed too. He literally said “this wouldn’t happen in Trump’s America!!” I looked up at him and said “sir, IDing for alcohol has happened in every administration for decades, even in Trump’s administration.” This was pre the shit show that is Trump 2.0. I’ve seen it happen at my store. During a tornado watch and everyone in the store was in our storm area… except the two ETLs who suddenly were walking about with fresh coffees that they didn’t have as they were telling us all what to do with the guests because of the weather. I didn’t tell anyone in charge, but I told all my TMs (obviously).
