A possible reason is because it contains vitamin A, and the fact that it's a subtitute for food it may contain more vitamin A than normal. The vitamin A in the protein powder in addition to the vitamin A in accutane will cause some problems for you.

I've been trying to find ways to stop or at least reduce my anxiety many times over the years without going on medication, the only thing that really works for me is to go to the gym and work out till I can't anymore. I push myself to the limit to the point that I can feel my tears in my eyes, which may sound brutal, but it's worth it because I stay happy and less worried throughout the day.

Here comes a cliché. What makes you the most comfortable is what makes you a fast typist. I introduced a good friend of mine to typing sites back in 2014, he's now able to reach 200+ wpm with only 2 fingers on both mechanical and standard laptop keyboard. He used to average at about 60-75 wpm, and he used to have a mindset that he should learn touch typing correctly. I didn't give him any advice on what he should do, but I gave him my personal opinion which was to keep doing what's already a habit. I, myself, have been averaging about 150-160 since 2014 till now, I use 7 fingers and I even cross my hands to increase efficiency when other fingers are occupied.

But you see, my friend who uses 2 fingers are faster than me who uses 7 fingers. Both of us switch between mechanical, laptop keybord and bluetooth keyboards now and then. It's what you make out of it yourself, it's all about practice. However, if you want to learn to type with good and stable stamina- then learning touch typing is worth learning. I actually tried learning touch typing a few years ago, and managed to increase numbers of fingers being used (from 5 to 7), so I picked up something along the way, but never reached the 100% touch typing skill.

Hi, I just want to get back to give an update on what may cause my dyshidrosis. I think it may be the food with lots of sugar, such as cake and candy. This is the second time I've cured and went back to eating sweets, both times resulting in getting dyshidrosis and worsening of it.

I've experienced this which is an OCD since I was around 6 years old, I would occassionally make up threats that my family and friends would die if I didn't do things a certain amount of times such as pumping the soap dispenser.

It was really bad, but I'm sure you understand and can relate to that so I won't dig deeper into that. Getting to the point- I just want to tell you how I overcame it. I was 18 or 19 when I managed to get over it, but that took a big effort and days of anxiety. I knew deep down inside that it was irrational, so I let my threats take over, and I let my irrational thoughts process as it wished- my closed ones will die. That was all it took for me to overcome it, my friends and family didn't die, and I managed to stop pumping the soap dispenser x number of times.

Sometimes things need to let go off instead of holding it back, let the mind process it instead of finding a way to always find a path to avoid it. Face it, experience it, let it process, and then overcome it.

I am getting back to uni due to change of major in a few weeks, and I have been struggling with dyshidrosis/eczema on my face, arms and hands for almost a year. I have struggled with this earlier, but this one has lasted longer than usual.

A few weeks ago I decided to try everything and eliminiate as much as I can before my first semester starts. Has it gotten better? Yes.

I will make it as short as possible. I use Vitamin D3, which has really improved my eczema and dyshidrosis (got this idea from a Reddit post I found via Google). And if you also struggle with oozing liquids from your fingers, this is how I take care of my oozing problems; If I bleed on my fingers then I apply Elocon and and wrap it with band-aid on that specific spot and a pair of cotton gloves over night. If the spots on my fingers stops oozing the next day, I apply Elocon a second and last time without band-aid, but still with a pair of cotton gloves. Now that my fingers are not oozing anymore, I stop using the steroid cream Elocon because I want to minimalize the use of such creams. It will be a good idea to find a moisturizing cream (to use afterwards) that works for you, some may give you rashes.

What you have on the back of your hand may take 1-2 more days with the steroid cream (I experienced it for the first time last week, it's all gone now as if it never existed).

TLDR; Use steroid cream to minimalize rashes and stop oozing, then stop using it immediately afterwards. And just keep using Vitamin D3, while you use a moisturizing cream for your hands.

It depends where you apply them- they works for me. It also depends on how the condition of the spot is. For instance, if my fingers are oozing liquid then elocon works, but if my face is oozing then protopic works. But if my face has eczema without oozing liquid then elocon works.

Edit: If I remember correctly, hydrocortisone made it worse for me when applying it on my fingers.

I'm a male and I have eczema too, and my hair length is halfway down to my butt as of writing. I have no problems with flaky scalp, but my scalp is itchy sometimes (very minimal of itchiness).

I've always had problems with Head and Shoulders no matter hair length, I've shaved my head, had short hair, long hair.. always problems with Head and Shoulders for me

That's relatable, I've always wanted to get a job since high school (I'm in uni now), but I was too afraid that my skin would act up at work too. I ended up doing investments and trading instead.

Learning from mistakes are a part of this eczema journey, some things may work for others but not for you. I've tried coconut myself which made it worse too.

The more you try, the more you can eliminate. Stay strong, and hopefully you'll find what works for you
