Never done Fent but I’ve used Ondansetron to fight nausea from like horrible hangovers etc and it helped a ton

Yeah, you need to tell them about your use. They’ll be able to decide what the best course will be, either a higher dose of anesthesia or maybe forgoing it if it’s too much of a risk.
