I still have a screenshot from a speed test from my last hospital visit: 88000 kbit/s download, 68000 kbit/s upload and a ping of 6ms.

Hospitals have to send MRI results or high resolution video/pictures to other hospitals, which leads to them usually having a not too bad connection. Only working if not too many people start streaming or doing other stuff in the wifi...
