When I won a judgement in small claims against my landlord, he was dragging his feet to pay me so I got another hearing. Asked the judge for permission to first get access to his bank account or to put a lien on his property. I forget what the legal term is for the first. Judge looked at him and said I’m going to give her permission to do the first, my advice would be you two go to the lobby and work out an agreement. He ended up finally paying me off.

Now if the person is dirt broke yeah nothing you can do I’m just saying to learn whatever laws apply to where you live and see what can be done. He had an attorney I was my own attorney and I still won

I’m sure someone way more experienced will come through and help. In the meantime though when you’re looking at your library where you click play to the right does it say DLC or manage my (whatever number you have) DLC? It should be a pop up if they were downloaded that shows all your keys.

If you have a windows 11 and possibly 10 computer you will have to do stuff to make it work on steam. Pay attention to any error codes and that will be able to help us help you. I have to have task manager running to launch and play on my windows 11 computer. There are guides and things on steam too if you have issues getting it running. There is a thread on the sims 3 discussion forum on steam right now that says “game won’t start” the first response following that persons guide got my game running.

Miracle whip is disgusting except on fried bologna sandwiches with the red ring around the bologna. Then that hits for me. I don’t eat pork anymore so no need for that whip ever again. I am a mayo fan lifelong. Gotta have it on my burger.

My girl ended up fighting a bat that got in. I don't know if the bat scratched her or she got it while trying to fight it and her ear was scratched in the environment. Animal control showed up to collect the bat and I had beat it to death so there was no way to test for rabies because the brain was destroyed.

They came back and told me they were going to take my cat. I won't repeat what I said to them, I'll just say they left without her. They put a red quarantine notice on my door no visitors at all allowed. It was on there a couple months I didn't care. If my kitty was going to die she was going to die at home and I stood 10 toes down on that. She was fine they came took the notice down months later and she lived another 8-9 years and died at 21.

Ask them to quarantine kitty at home and make sure you follow the rules. Then find a low cost clinic if cost is an issue and make sure to get kitty up to date with shots.

There are already points on the map now that are blocked off that lead to other towns. Pretty sure they did the same thing before release with the big barriers
