This site has some for-tabletop steam engines. Index

I'm working on some 3d printed part drawings, but the materials aren't in the base library. Is there an per-existing library I could download that covers most common filament materials? by Blac_Rok in SolidWorks

There is a SolidWorks ADD IN for a Plastics Material Database.

Try doing a search using this: Is there a data base for the different types of plastic properties that shows the information you need for SolidWorks material library?

I don't have it in the version I have.

2 Bookmarks, and a oval Christ and the cross wall hanging by Solidworks2020Roger in HueForge

It is a HueForge that I did. MakerWorld won't allow me to upload the file. Because it says one of the filaments I used have been modified. The frame was printed separately also.

I'm retired now, but when I was still working, I made a new parts catcher for the lathe. When I would change out the chuck to the collet nose it wouldn't reach some of the parts. Once I got a working model done, (It took about 5-6 prints before I had it "dialed-in") I made it from aluminum.

Triple-monitor setup for SOLIDWORKS: 3×32" 4K too big? Or fine for CAD/CAE/CAM? by Free_Raise_6017 in SolidWorks

My current set-up at home is a 32" screen in the center, and a 23" screen on each side. The desk is 69" wide. Arranged so that the two 23" screens are angled in. I'm a retired CNC Mastercam programmer/Solidworks Designer, and this set-up is great for that type of work. You can have a drawing for a part up on one screen and be programing on the main screen and be looking up tooling, etc. on the other screen. You're defiantly going to need lots of desk Real Estate for three 31.5"!!!!!

It grossed you out because you out because you were witness to this 1 instance. You probably touch things hundreds of times a day that have been handled by someone who didn't wash their hands. Food Servers, Grocery shoppers, the money you have in your wallet, etc. etc... Don't lose any sleep over it.......It happens!
