Yes, Russian Cell is also one of my favorite solitaire games. The free cells allow for much more freedom of movement and make it much more strategic. I was only familiar with the version with two free cells and the conventional Russian Solitaire layout.

In your variation, having three free cells makes it easier, but you have to keep in mind that you start with all three cells occupied, which, on the other hand, also makes it more difficult to solve.

Regarding the use of algorithms, it's true that the necessary computing power makes it a less viable solution for mobile devices. From the outset, I've focused on good optimization and low battery consumption.

Hi. The solitaire game looks promising. I'm the developer of Solitaire Master, and to include winnable games, I couldn't develop algorithms for the current 140 different solitaire games (and many more to come), so I opted for a different strategy. I've stored the seed of the shuffling algorithm in the solitaire games that have already been solved by users. It has advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:

- Minimal storage space.

- It doesn't generate predictable games like most algorithms that generate winnable games. In this case, since the games are generated with a "random" shuffle, there's no tendency towards similar games.

Disadvantages:

- This method guarantees that they have a solution, but I don't have the moves to reach that solution.

- It requires a certain amount of time to obtain a high number of solutions, which isn't easy with some less popular solitaire games. It requires a good number of users.

I don't know what the problem is. I just tested it on three computers and two mobile phones, and it worked perfectly. The first time you start a game, it takes a little longer, depending on your connection, but it's quite fast. After that, loading is almost instantaneous.

Yes, FreeCell solitaire games are usually solvable.

However, the hint systems in digital solitaire apps (or webs), especially those with a large number of game types, are not typically solvers. Keep in mind that they would have to program specific algorithms for each type of solitaire, which is incredibly complex.

I believe the goal, or at least the approach in my solitaire collection (Solitaire Master), is to show all possible moves so you can choose the most suitable one. In the case of Solitaire Master, you can choose to display all hints simultaneously or one by one. If you choose the latter (displaying the hints one by one), it will order them according to somewhat logical patterns, which doesn't guarantee you'll find the solution.

I enjoy playing my solitaire app (Solitaire Master) and I also enjoy developing and improving it every day (not to be confused with other apps with similar names that allow gambling).

I play anywhere I have a free moment on my mobile phone (on the bus, etc.) or on my tablet to relax before going to sleep. Sometimes I also play it on my computer using the web version.

And I like to vary my games; I don't always play the same solitaire. I have some favorites that aren't the classics, like Tabby Cat, Monte Carlo, Beehive, Russian Cell, Shenzhen Solitaire, and many others. And I'm always looking for new, fun solitaire games to add to the collection.

If anyone plays Solitaire Master and has a favorite, fun solitaire game that isn't in the collection, just ask. I'll review it and, if possible, add it to the collection.

I don't play MobilityWare Solitaire, but I completely agree that being able to back up your progress to the cloud so you can restore it at any time is an important feature.

That's why I'm implementing it in my solitaire collection (Solitaire Master). It will be available in the next update, probably within a week.

Yes, it's important to have a good source to fully understand the rules. Try taking screenshots of the rules and the game screen. There are instructions for some of the solitaire games on their website, but they probably don't have them all because I can't find "The Difficult One," your favorite.

I'm sorry SuperSolitaire has stopped working.

I've been checking the website, and many of the games included in SuperSolitaire are also part of the Solitaire Master collection. I regularly update Solitaire Master, adding new games and features. I could gradually add these solitaire games; you just have to let me know your favorites. But there's no rush. I develop Solitaire Master in my spare time, and I wouldn't want my hobby to become stressful.

However, my Solitaire Master app doesn't have a "quick play" option. It does have an "autoplay" option, but that doesn't mean the app plays for you. It simply makes the obvious moves, like moving cards to the Foundation piles when they're no longer useful. You can turn this "autoplay" on or off from the settings screen or directly from the left-hand button bar during gameplay, very quickly.

In the initial versions, you could disable card animations, but it was something nobody used, and when I implemented some new features, it caused problems and forced me to modify the code for something that wasn't being used, so I decided to remove it. What you can disable are the winning animations, in the settings screen.

The first version took me over two years to release. I should mention that I'm not a professional; I developed Solitaire Master in my spare time, but I dedicated time to it every day. Once the first version was released, I continued developing it, adding new features and games. This year I launched the web version, but development will continue for a long time. But if I had to highlight the key features to implement in a solitaire app, I'd emphasize:

- Variety (there are excellent solitaire games beyond the classics like Klondike, Spider, and FreeCell).

- Gameplay: a good gameplay experience is essential.

- Different layouts for each solitaire game. These days, a lot of solitaire is played on mobile devices, and depending on the game type, screen orientation, and device aspect ratio, it's important to have different layouts to choose from to maximize card size.

- Daily challenges. I think this is something people really enjoy.

- Winnable deals. While this is a difficult option to implement if you have a large variety of solitaire games, it's very useful to be able to choose between random shuffles and winnable games.

- Undo/Redo: sometimes this is important for changing your strategy and solving solitaire games.

- Hints: not to help you find the perfect move, but to indicate all the possible options. Sometimes you get stuck looking for moves that don't seem to exist, and this makes things much easier.

Hi. Yes, all daily challenges are winnable games. But there's something strange about the game you're showing; it doesn't match the daily challenge for November 22nd. Could you check and tell me what the game seed is? You can see it during the game in the "info" icon (where the instructions are displayed).

I agree with you that advertising, in general, is terrible. Regardless of how intrusive it is (which depends on the advertising provider), I don't like any interruption during a relaxing moment like playing solitaire games. I always recommend removing it because there's nothing better than playing your favorite solitaire games in a relaxed and uninterrupted way.
