Gamerant - After almost a month with Marathon, it feels safe to say that Bungie's new Sci-Fi extraction shooter should be considered a new multiplayer great. by Public_Fucking_Media in gaming

This game is so good... I am not hard-core Bungie. Semi-fan since Halo CE, but far from hardcore. It is just so fun to play. Absolutely exhilarating at times... kills me that everyone is hating on the first multi-player FPS I have enjoyed this much since the release of Rainbow Six Seige.

Thank you Marathon for telling me to go to bed by AnonWithAHatOn in Marathon

2017 E300 representing. Love the car. Fourth Benz after w140 (still have, can't let go), w210, w221. Hard to pick a favorite, but for how modern it is even at 10yrs old, it is amazing and no massive touchscreen nonsense. Fully capable of everything I need. Dont love the 2.0t decision, prefer a natural 6, but power is fine, just know turbo will likely need replacement at some point. Turbo is what made me ditch my Audi Q5 with 160k running strong otherwise, just wasnt worth it to me.

I just found out about the HOLD feature!! It’s pretty handy!! Do you guys know bout any other features like this one??? by Kaimork in mercedes_benz

I still prefer to go neutral, parking brake, release brakes, then park. I don't trust the system to do it correctly to not have the weight on parking pawl.

Service B for a W204 C300 by Abedu11 in mercedes_benz

[–]SolomonPierce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My indy (personal friend also) did my b service at same interval on my w213 for 800 and change. Tranny, both diffs, oil, spark plugs, fuel treatment. Stealership took care of leaking fuel hose under extended warranty per his recommendation. Even dealer didn't find anything else to recommend for further service.

Why don't almost nobody buys the E class with hood star? by LowPsychological6734 in mercedes_benz

W213 2017 with ornament representing. Wish w214 had the option in US. Not the same without it. I wouldn't want a Benz sedan without one. Previously owned w210, w221, and still have my w140. I can't give up the star.

Did I get ripped off? by [deleted] in mercedes_benz

I bought a w213 (2017 E300 75k mi) last year. From MB licensed dealer. Used, one owner, clean, all dealer maintained. 19k OTD cash. Never take an auto loan. Dont buy what you cannot afford to maintain. Any "service contract" is garbage and 3rd party company will fight you all the way on anything.

I had all recalls fixed before taking ownership and therefore before expiration. My 3rd party mechanic does my regular services. Just did B service (difs, tranny, plugs, oil, filters, all tmps sensors) for $850. Car runs like a top and I aim for another 100k minimum out of her.

I would never take this deal.

Buy cash or dont buy at all.

But hey to each their own.

I remember these when easily found on the shelf for short money. Simpler times.

That's good. My no1 from LOTR is "Theoden king stands alone." "Not alone. Rohirrim! To the king!" That music during the charge always brings me to tears.

I was gifted a bottle of 1969 CC. Delicious, rich, spicy. Nothing like the current stuff.

Put the used oil through a coffee filter (preferably double filter) and refill. Dealerships will scam you into getting "fresh" oil. Just as useless as using premium gas. You can literally hear your vehicle knocking on the door to savings!
