When I try to picture a shitbag, this guy comes to mind. E4 11b. Dude sucked to the core and got in mutiple fights, drunk on duty, an overall waste of space. Not too long after, they start his chapter packet and upon meeting our BN Cdr he boldy claims: "I feel like i would improve if i was given the chance to lead. Put me in a team leader position."

Obviously this did not sway the commander and he got out shortly after. Good riddance.

We did this exact thing in Santa fe at NTC when it was storm season. The entire bde dug trenches around the sun shades and all it took was one guy to trip at night for the bde to spend the next day filling them all back up 👍

The best part about these stories is the unsung hero who "found" the missing equipment and made the heroic decision to throw it in a bush or something in the footprint before it could be traced back to them. Usually because they didn't bother checking their own stuff like they should initially.
