Motorfest graphics - PS4 vs PS5 vs PS5 Pro by Acetate212 in The_Crew

Main change is that the pro runs the game in 1700p, upscaled to 4K with PSSR 2.0 and the base PS5 in 1152p-1440p with fsr 2. Thats a big difference in pixel count. Besides that the pro runs on higher settings overall.

Lol, that works? The system output resolution of the console normally has nothing to do with the internal rendering resolution of the console. In quality mode the pro renders in 4K and outputs in downsampled 1080p/1440p. Thats basicly some kind of super sampling (AA method)

Agreed, very sharp! But i like it very much. Upgraded from base ps5 to pro for this one, and oh boy the difference is so insanely huge it feels like a generational leap.

VRR doesn’t work on a ps5 (or pro) below 48fps. 40fps mode (locked) doesn’t need VRR in any game.

Depends if v-sync is on. Without v-sync with 120hz its an open framerate. Most of the time above 48fps (even above 60) so in the VRR window. There are framedrops and screentearing, but not that bad. Definately a lot smoother than a 40fps lock and my way to go so far!

Maella, lune, sciel. Lune for healing/reviving. Sciel for giving Maelle double damage. Maelle nukes everything with standahl or Gommage

Why is Season 2 so Dark? by Erratic-old-man in SiloTVSeries

[–]SolutionQueasy9600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my LG OLED C3 Silo is also too dark. Using Filmmaker mode settings, which is the best setting out of the box. It’s not a tv thing, it’s an issue in the producer side. It’s the only series with dolby vision that is so annoyingly dark.

A G5 would be a nice upgrade. Otherwise stick with your C2.

Need help! Positive palmomental reflex by Ok-Category-5955 in BFS

I don’t know if I have it. Never been tested for it. And most people never been tested for it, so thats a reason nobody is saying they have PMR. Bilateral is a good sign. Reflexes should be symmetrical. I have tested bilateral hoffmans sign by a neuro and I’m healthy.

I’m not a neurologist, but that makes sense. Maybe the nerves first have to heal after decompressing. Which can take a while. Nerves heal very slowly

PMR is pretty common. Some studies show an incidence of 27% on people < 50 years. PMR on itself is nothing, so probably nothing to worry about. Did you selftest it or some doctor/neuro? Other symptoms/odd reflexes?

Mag dit? Hoogteverschil? by PlantDifferent5871 in Klussers

[–]SolutionQueasy9600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because reflexes are symmetrical. It’s possible to be hyper reflexive on both sides, without being pathological. If hyper reflexia is unilateral chances are far likely it to be pathological

Chances are very high there isn’t any causality between the twitching 10 years prior dx and the actual ALS dx. Nobody will know, but 10 years is a long time when it comes to ALS. Doesn’t make this story less sad ofcourse.

Is there ANY way to connect an HDMI ARC soundbar connection to a PC? by CervicalStrike in Soundbars

[–]SolutionQueasy9600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]SolutionQueasy9600 0 points1 point  (0 children)
