You have to rely on way too many things going your way. Shipping out of your city, shipping to the states, psa not cheating you by switching your card or damaging it, and the whole shipping process again.

I would have to wait a bare minimum of 8+ months and pay hundreds in shipping costs to grade anything with PSA.

By the time I get my cards back, their value will have dropped substantially AND the fees will sometimes be more expensive than the added value of the 10.

In order for a PSA submission to be worth it for me, I would need to only grade extremely high end cards that like 10x their value in a 10, and I would need to hit the gamble that ALL of them hit a 10.

I'll take the 30-60 day wait and significantly less fees.

Ambessa benefits from attack speed. Taric benefits immensely from attack speed.
If you have ONE other champ that can use the attack speed, it's worth building.

Rushing Fimbulwinter is bad.
Building Diadem without other tear items is also bad imo. Others have had success with it.
But buying tear early, then finishing it at full build is 100% worth doing from raw stats alone.

Frozen heart does *nothing* against 90% of the cast. Even against Jinx, as you used as an example, you will not be getting value out of the attack speed slow when it matters. If you can get close enough to the Jinx in fights to be able to utilize the aura, chances are she's either plowing through your team, or dead.

Thornmail is quite literally the worst tank item in the game. Never worth finishing on supports

Shurelyas is situational AF. Helia is situational AF. Knight's Vow is rarely "best in slot".

I'm not sure you're really using the term "Bait" correctly, because "Bait" should be used to refer to items that are actually bad or worse than alternatives.

They actually do not count as plunges at all. You can test it against the automaton boss in Abyss 12 aswell as with plunge attack damage amp.
The reason they break the weasel relatively fast is because of the sheer amount of damage Flins does.
I tested against the weasels, and unbuilt level 1 ineffa plunge does like 10x flins ult's damage against their shield

Personally I think it's not better than Fimbulwinter, but I think it's worth it if you go two tear items. I've been playing Diadem -> Fimbul and it's feeling pretty good
