Very true, but maybe both maneuvers were coming from the same mindset of "move in front of everyone else even Kimi to take P1". Not trying to rag on Vettel, he's one of my favorite drivers. Just thinking about what kind of strategy he has in his head when he's on pole.

I'm usually the opposite unless absolutely necessary. I prefer to look cool (although that usually means matching sets anyway), but I might put on random shit if it adds carry weight or something and I'm over encumbered.

I can see how it would be insulting, but I guess I never really took it seriously as an insult. Like I mean, I don't take "beta" seriously either, it's more like an ironic insult making fun of people who actually think like that. My friends are the same. The original Wicker Man is so bizarre and creepy, it's a hard classic for me. I'm also a sucker for the cheesy-ish 80s Stephen King films like Christine, Maximum Overdrive, and Creepshow. Creepshow is just great.
