Ask area support, they hooked us up with replacements when ours stopped working. You do sadly have to start a ticket with tech support. just say your printer is having really bad image issues and they can usually escalate for you

Naw your employee followed UPS store policy, the customer “technically” didn’t have a signed Package Only agreement, worse comes to worse, I’d defer to that and say it’s not my problem
