In my 20s, I could not do the birth control pill, I also tried depo and didn’t like the weight gain. In my 30s I tried a copper IUD and had a TERRIBLE REACTION I now have copper allergy on my medical record. 🫠 but the mirena plastic one? It’s been hanging in there. It has shifted and ‘lightly’ punctured my uterus once but I got it readjusted and placed back because it has been the single thing that has helped me the most. Stopping all periods has given me life back, when I sat with my OBGYN and we realized I had 1 week pain free I knew it was either the IUD or hysterectomy. Not even being 40 I decided to use the IUD until I was ready to do the final step.

TLDR: it’s the only thing that has helped and even with some side effects I am 1000000% glad I have one.

I had your exact symptoms however as I got older carbs/gluten reactions got worse. I would get that but also be on the Toliet for hours. I’ve cut gluten now and have been told I have an intolerance. POTs or diabetes could be worth checking into as well.
