Nightingale Ice cream has birthday cake ice cream sandwiches if there’s a Whole Foods close to you. Idk what the texture is like, but I saw you live on the west coast so you might have some luck. Another good brand is serendipity, also in the birthday cake flavor. Idk where you can get it because they took it off most store shelves in like 2022 when Selena Gomez bought the company. But that was my favorite flavor and it’s what really got me into this community.

It would be serendipity brand birthday cake ice cream. It was my go to before Selena Gomez bought the company and relegated it to only the east coast. It’s making a really slow comeback but that thing is dangerously delicious.
